1. Introduction
Welcome to RunwayLink (Pty) LTD. By accessing or using our shuttle, airport transfer, and related transport services (“Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all bookings made online, by phone, email, or in person.
2. Definitions

“Company” refers to RunwayLink (Pty) LTD.

“Customer” refers to any individual or organisation booking our services.

“Services” include all transportation, shuttle, and related offerings provided by the Company.

“Booking” means a confirmed reservation for a service.
3. Booking and Confirmation
3.1. All bookings are subject to availability.
3.2. Bookings can be made via our website, email, or phone.
3.3. Confirmation will be sent via email or SMS upon receipt of full payment or a deposit as agreed.
3.4. The Customer must provide accurate details including pickup and drop-off locations, date, time, and contact information.
3.5. Changes to bookings must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
4. Payment Terms
4.1. Full payment is required at least 5 business days before the scheduled service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.2. Payments can be made via EFT, credit card, or other approved methods.
4.3. A confirmation of payment will be issued upon receipt of funds.
4.4. All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
5.1. Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund.
5.2. Cancellations made between 24–72 hours before the service will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
5.3. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service will not be refunded.
5.4. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of cancellation approval.
6. Service Delivery
6.1. The Company will make every effort to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
6.2. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6.3. Vehicles are maintained to the highest safety standards, and all drivers are licensed and trained.
7. Customer Responsibilities
7.1. Customers must be ready at the pickup point at the agreed time.
7.2. Luggage must comply with size and weight restrictions; excess luggage may incur additional charges.
7.3. No smoking, alcohol consumption, or illegal substances are allowed in the vehicles.
7.4. Customers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle due to negligence or misconduct.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. RunwayLink will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
8.2. Our liability is limited to the value of the service booked.
9. Privacy Policy
9.1. We respect your privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
9.2. Customer data will only be used for booking purposes and will not be shared without consent, except as required by law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
